The goal of the landing page is to inform the public by providing accessible, plain language materials in one location on the EEOC’s website.
  • The White House seeks to continue providing remote work opportunities for federal employees. On June 10th, the White House announced that federal agencies will be allowed to continue offering remote work and flexible schedule opportunities to their workers. The Biden administration’s new guidelines explicitly support telework opportunities, stating “The Federal Government’s nationwide operating status remains at ‘Open with maximum telework flexibilities to all current telework eligible employees, pursuant to direction from agency heads.’” Numerous employers have seen success with telework policies and many employees have been enjoying this new flexibility.
