Overview
This FREE webinar will offer attendees an overview of the multitude of Human Resources related recordkeeping requirements of federal government contractors. A primary focus will be on the Affirmative Action Program requirements of the Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and a summary of the various components of a compliant Affirmative Action Plan. In addition, we will share general guidance on creating a compliant and effective recruit-to-hire process.

- Determine if an Affirmative Action Program is required of your company
- Identify and understand the basic requirements of an Affirmative Action Program for employers with fewer than 50 employees
- Identify and understand the basic requirements of an Affirmative Action Program for employers with greater than 50 employees
- Understand the recordkeeping requirements of OFCCP
- Understand the necessary components of an effective and compliant recruit-to-hire process
