Overview

DCMA updated its Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) Guidebook in June and is regularly performing these reviews on government contractors. DFARS has 24 criteria that a contractor must comply with to have an acceptable purchasing system. Although these requirements are contractually required for large contractors, we have found that government auditors are using these same criteria to assess all contractor purchasing systems. This webinar will describe the requirements for compliance with DFARS 252.244-7001 (Contractor Purchasing Systems). We will discuss criteria and the consequences of noncompliance as well as DCMA’s current approach to CPSR’s and common findings.
