This FREE webinar will offer attendees an overview of the Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and the key components that determine system adequacy. The session will address CPSR universe requirements, cross-functional responsibilities, and common areas evaluated during a review. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of how purchasing systems are assessed and how to strengthen controls and documentation to support a successful Contractor Purchasing System Review outcome.
