Overview
This FREE webinar will offer attendees an overview of federal compensation requirements affecting government contractors, including allowability, reasonableness, pay equity, labor category alignment, DCAA audit expectations, and Department of Labor requirements. Compensation decisions can affect labor cost allowability, indirect rate support, contract pricing, employee classification, and audit outcomes, making it important for contractors to align compensation practices with both regulatory requirements and business operations. Using real-world audit issues and practical examples, we will walk through how contractors can develop compliant compensation plans, maintain documentation that withstands scrutiny, and avoid common pitfalls that may result in questioned costs or disallowed compensation.
