O v e r v i e w

Government Contractors are held to higher standards and for your Human Resources team, this means compliance with additional laws and regulations enforced by the Department of Labor. By the date set for this webinar, it will have been just over 100 days since Biden’s inauguration and we have already seen significant changes from the Department of Labor in the areas of wage and hour, OFCCP and OSHA, as well as a roll back of many of the Trump administration initiatives. We will cover these changes and expectations for future DOL initiatives under the Biden administration that affect all employers, with a particular emphasis on government contractors.
