Overview
Government Contractors are held to higher standards and for your Human Resources team, this means compliance with additional laws and regulations, including those administered by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). OFCCP enforces its regulations in large part through varying types of compliance evaluations and in 2018, the OFCCP committed to conducting future compliance evaluations focusing on a particular authority or segment of employment enforced by OFCCP. vA Focused Review is one that is restricted to one or more components of the contractor’s organization or one or more aspects of the contractor’s employment practices, such as VEVRAA, Section 503 or Executive Order 11246. This FREE webinar will offer attendees an overview of what to expect in a Focused Review as well as how you be prepared for one based upon our teams’ direct involvement assisting contractors through this process.
