This one-hour webinar will discuss provisional billing rates including the regulatory requirements and the roles, responsibilities and/or Government expectations for establishing, monitoring and revising rates.

At the completion of this one hour seminar, participants will be able to:
- Identify the FAR clauses which apply to provisional billing rates
- Identify and obtain DCAA audit policies and/or audit programs applicable to provisional billing rates

During the seminar, your faculty will identify and discuss provisional billing rates and “who is on first” in terms of roles and responsibilities (government and contractor). The discussion will include subparts of FAR Part 42 and 52 and DCAA audit policies including MRDs (Memorandum for Regional Directors), Standard Audit Programs. We will provide tips to counter-balance maximizing cash flow while minimizing potential compliance issues.
